-
A Sisterhood That Gets It: You’ll be surrounded by other expectant mothers who genuinely know what you’re going through, reducing your risk of isolation and building a true support system.
Postnatal Yoga: Heal your body and feel supported after birth
Our live postnatal recovery yoga focuses on healing from the inside out, addressing your pelvic floor, core strength, and emotional wellbeing. What this means for you is that you’ll feel nurtured and cared for during one of the most overwhelming chapters of life, instead of feeling abandoned after the birth. So you’ll be a mum who heals properly, building a strong foundation for your long-term health, not just for the first few weeks.
-
Guided, Specialist Recovery: Heal your core and pelvic floor the right way with expert guidance.
-
Soothe the “New Mom” Body: Release tension in your neck, shoulders, and back that comes from caring for your baby 24/7.
-
A Space to Process: The monthly Mother’s Circle gives you a space to be heard and held.
-
Permission for Deep Rest: Our monthly restorative yoga gives you a moment to actively rest, helping you sleep better and replenish your energy, even when your baby isn’t.
Hatha Yoga: Build inner strength and find your power
For mums with children over one year old. Hatha and Vinyasa flow with functional strengthening for carrying toddlers, managing stress, and navigating hormonal changes.
- Build Strength for Real Life: These classes are designed to support you as you carry toddlers, lift scooters, and manage the mental load.
- Feel Energized, Not Depleted: Build energy reserves and feel more resilient, patient, and present.
- Navigate Your Changing Body: Supports you through hormonal shifts, including perimenopause.
- Carve Out Time for YOU: Reconnect with yourself, move your body, and feel like you again.
What my students are saying…
One Home for Your Entire Motherhood Journey
The Krish Yoga Studio is designed to be your constant companion, evolving as you do. What this means for you is you’ll feel secure and supported, never “dropped” after birth or left to figure out the next chapter alone. So you’ll have one trusted home that grows with you. The teachers know your history, the community knows your story, and the practice evolves as you do.

What our students say…
Now, you might be thinking, Why Choose Krish Yoga for online Yoga?
Unlike YouTube videos or generic fitness apps, our classes are LIVE and interactive. We can see you, correct your form, and adapt the practice to how you’re feeling that day. You’re not following along with pre-recorded content, you’re participating in a real class with real-time guidance.
Unlike in-person studios, you don’t need to find childcare, drive anywhere, or commit to a specific time that might not work with your unpredictable schedule. If you miss a live class, you can access the recording for 14 days.
Most importantly, we don’t just abandon you after birth. The Krish Yoga Studio carries you through the entire journey, from pregnancy, over the mountain of childbirth, and into your new life as a mother. We evolve with you as your body and needs change.
You also have exclusive access to a supportive online community, so you can ask those pesky questions you’ve been wondering about.
Who Are the Teachers at Krish Yoga Studio?
Krishna Hassomal, PhD: Yoga Teacher & Hypnobirthing Instructor.
I’m Krish, a mum of four who experienced very different types of pregnancies and births, from singletons to twins, inductions to homebirths.
Despite the variety, yoga was the one constant that supported me through every stage. It helped me stay grounded during pregnancy, empowered me during birth, and was a vital tool for my postpartum recovery.
That’s why I created The Krish Yoga Studio, to share the same practical and powerful tools that helped me, no matter what your pregnancy journey looks like. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2014, certified in Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Hypnobirthing.

Tess Jewell-Larsen: Yoga Therapist & Women’s Health Specialist
Tess teaches restorative yoga, hatha yoga and prenatal yoga at the Krish Yoga Studio.
Tess Jewell-Larsen is certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, Mindfulness Coach, and Somatic Healer who empowers women professionals, entrepreneurs and juggling-it-all’ers to go from exhausted and overwhelmed to balanced and thriving.
Tess specializes in women’s health, pelvic health, stress and burnout. She helps her students feel more joyful, balanced, and optimistic, and thrive no matter what obstacles come their way.
Tess is an avid gardener, writer and loves spending time hiking and exploring the beautiful peaks and coastline of her adopted home in Spain’s Natural Paradise. Listen to her talk about managing anxiety during pregnancy and motherhood here.
Tessa Johnson-Jones: Yoga Teacher, Coach & Matresence Specialist
Pregnancy and matrescence (becoming a mother) is one of the wildest times of a woman’s life. Hypnobirthing and yoga helped me through it, in a pandemic. And I want to support you to thrive – not just survive – during this quite literally life changing period.
I’m passionate about putting parents-to-be at the centre of my work. Birth brings babies into the world – but it also brings parents into the world.
Watch or listen to this podcast episode to learn more about Tessa’s coaching style for mothers.

Julia Úbeda: writer, workshop facilitator and yoga teacher.
Julia she worked as an engineer and urban planner in Amsterdam, while continuing to explore yoga, meditation, writing and different forms of self-inquiry over the last 15 years.
She trained in Yin Fascia Yoga with Beta Lisboa, completed her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at One Yoga Thailand and is also trained in Kundalini Bodywork. Silent and meditation retreats, including Vipassana meditation, have also been part of her path.
Through this journey, Hatha Yoga has become the practice she feels most at home with.
She has been teaching yoga since 2024. Her classes are grounded in alignment and designed to cultivate focus and stability, with an emphasis on slowing down, connecting movement with breath and creating space to notice what is happening within the body.
Alongside yoga, Julia writes, works as a creative mentor for writers and facilitates introspective writing workshops exploring balance, creativity and self-expression.

Frequently Asked Questions About Online Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga
Is online prenatal yoga safe? Yes. All Krish Yoga Studio classes are designed by specialist teachers who understand the pregnant body at every stage. Because classes are live, your teacher can see you, correct your form, and modify poses in real time, making it safer than following a generic YouTube video.
When can I start prenatal yoga during pregnancy? You can join at any stage of pregnancy. The classes are adapted to your trimester and individual needs. Many students join in their first trimester; others join closer to their due date. There’s no “too late” to start.
Is Krish Yoga Studio suitable for complete beginners? Absolutely. No prior yoga experience is needed. Teachers provide clear instruction, modifications, and props guidance so you feel confident from your very first class.
What is the difference between prenatal yoga and regular yoga? Prenatal yoga is specifically designed for the pregnant body. It avoids postures that compress the belly, restrict blood flow, or risk overstretching the ligaments. It also incorporates breathing techniques proven to reduce pain perception during labour — something a general yoga class won’t include.
What is postnatal yoga and when can I start? Postnatal yoga focuses on healing your pelvic floor, core, and emotional wellbeing after birth. It’s safe to begin gently from around 6 weeks postpartum (or 8–12 weeks after a C-section), but your teacher will always advise based on your individual recovery.
Can I join if I’ve had a C-section? Yes. The postnatal recovery classes are designed to support all types of birth recovery, including C-sections. Your teacher adapts the practice to where you are in your healing.
What is the Krish Yoga Studio membership and what’s included? The monthly membership (€97/month) includes unlimited live online prenatal, postnatal, and Hatha Yoga classes, 7-day access to all recordings, a full yoga video library, a monthly Mother’s Circle coaching session, monthly restorative yoga, and access to a private community. You can cancel anytime.
How does the live online yoga work — what do I need? You join via a video platform from anywhere with a stable internet connection. You’ll need a yoga mat and enough space to move. Because it’s live, your teacher can see you and give real-time feedback — it’s a real class, not a passive video.
What if I can’t make the live classes? All live classes are recorded and available to access for 14 days after each session. This means you can still benefit from the full class on your own schedule.
How is Krish Yoga different from YouTube yoga for pregnancy? YouTube videos are pre-recorded and generic — they can’t see you or adapt to your body. Krish Yoga is live, interactive, and led by specialist teachers who correct your form in real time. It also includes community, coaching, and ongoing support — not just a video library.
What is the Mother’s Circle? A monthly group coaching session led by coach Tessa, exploring themes around motherhood. It includes reflection, breathwork, and practical actions. It’s an informal, nurturing space to feel heard and supported.
Where are the live yoga classes, do I need to be in a specific location? All classes are fully online. You can join from anywhere in the world. Krish Yoga has students across the UK, Netherlands, and beyond. Some classes are hybrid, that means they are taught in a local studio in Amsterdam and also online simultaneously.
How much does Krish Yoga Studio cost?
- Single class: €18
- 10-class pass: €165 (valid 3 months)
- Monthly membership: €57/month (cancel anytime)
- Annual membership: €570/year (2 months free)
Who teaches at Krish Yoga Studio? The studio has three specialist teachers: Krish (founder, prenatal/postnatal yoga, mum of four), Tess Jewell-Larsen (Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, Mindfulness Coach, women’s pelvic health specialist), and Tessa Johnson-Jones (hypnobirthing and matrescence specialist). Each brings specific expertise in pregnancy and motherhood.
What if the reason you’re feeling disconnected from your body and overwhelmed by motherhood is simply because you haven’t found the right support?
How many moments of peace, strength, and confidence have you missed out on because you’ve been trying to figure everything out alone?
The truth is, if you want to truly thrive during pregnancy and early motherhood, you need more than just generic advice and pre-recorded videos.
You need someone who sees you, understands your specific challenges, and can guide you in real-time as your body changes. You need a community of women walking the same path who can remind you that you’re not alone when it feels like no one else gets it.
I created The Krish Yoga Studio because I believe every woman deserves expert guidance through this transformative journey, guidance that’s accessible, personalized, and evolves with you from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond.
And if you’re ready to stop feeling like pregnancy and motherhood are happening TO you, and start feeling empowered in your changing body, then The Krish Yoga Studio is for you.
