6-Part Prenatal Yoga Course

The Prenatal Pelvic Floor Method

A pelvic floor yoga course for pregnancy: understand your body, prepare for birth, recover with confidence.

You’ve been told your pelvic floor matters for birth and recovery. What you haven’t been told is what to actually do about it, beyond a vague instruction to “do your kegels” and hope for the best.

This 6-part course teaches you the theory and a full yoga practice, together, so you go into birth prepared, not just warned.

Does this sound familiar?

You’re not behind, you just haven’t been taught this yet

You’ve heard the postnatal stories

The leaking, the heaviness, the “just do your kegels” advice that came six weeks too late, and you’d rather prepare now than deal with it after.

You’ve been handed a vague “do your kegels” instruction

And left to get on with it. No guidance on whether you’re squeezing the right muscles, no idea if it’s even working, and honestly, isolated kegels are boring enough that you’ve probably already stopped.

You know strengthening isn’t the whole story

But nobody’s explained why release and flexibility matter just as much for labour, so you’ve only ever been told half the picture.

You want to prepare properly, not just tick a box

But nobody has actually sat you down and shown you what to do, in your body, at your stage of pregnancy.

If any of that sounds like your week, you’re not behind. You just haven’t had anyone teach you this properly yet.

Introducing:

The Prenatal Pelvic Floor Method

A 6-part yoga course built specifically for pregnancy, combining the theory you actually need with full yoga sequences, not isolated squeezing exercises, so you’re not just told what your pelvic floor does, you feel it working.

This isn’t 5 minutes of kegels you’ll forget to do by Wednesday. It’s a proper, paced course of yoga sequences built around both strengthening and stretching the pelvic floor, so preparation actually feels like something you want to come back to, not a chore on a list.

By the end, you’ll know exactly how to engage your pelvic floor, exactly how to release it (just as important, and usually skipped entirely), and how the two work together to support you through labour and recovery.

The outcome: you go into birth and postpartum recovery with a pelvic floor that’s strong, flexible, and familiar to you, properly prepared rather than just warned about what might happen.

“Thanks to Krishna I can find peace in my body during my pregnancy!”

I like Krish’s closeness how she inspires confidence. Her sessions have helped me notice areas of my body that I didn’t notice before, and to become aware weekly of the changes that are taking place in my body.

Thanks to the way Krishna teaches, I can be relaxed and I can always be calm. I can find peace with my body and in whatever pose I am in during my pregnancy.

Sandra Casares, Valencia.

“I’m left smiling and feeling grounded, content and empowered!”

I walk down the street after Krishna’s pregnancy yoga class every week smiling and feeling grounded, content and empowered!

My body feels light and comfortable. She has a deep understanding of the pregnant body and I feel safe following her instructions. She really knows what she is doing!

She has a way of making me feel less scared about the birth and more like my body is feminine and capable! My sessions with her are both physically and mentally beneficial and make me feel great!

Méabh de Buitléir, Valencia

“I think the breathing and the awareness that we cultivate in the class will help me when I go through the actual birth!”

Krish was able to show me the types of modifications that I needed and also simple things that I could do at home.

Her classes have helped me maintain my strength and my form. It gets me moving, and I feel really good after the class. Krish’s classes give me an opportunity to take a time to slow down and focus on connecting with the baby.

The breathing and the awareness that we cultivate in the class has helped me with the pregnancy and I think it’ll help me when I go through the actual birth!

Danielle H, Valencia.

Why I Made This Course

Hi there, I’m Krish! Your Prenatal Yoga teacher

Hi, I’m Krish. PhD scientist, prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher since 2014, and mum of four (three pregnancies, one of them twins).

After my first birth, I had my own pelvic floor journey I wasn’t prepared for. Discomfort, weakness, that unsettling sense that something down there just wasn’t quite right anymore. Nobody had shown me what to do about it beforehand, and I spent months afterwards learning what I wish I’d known during pregnancy.

So with every birth after that, I did things differently. I practiced this work, properly, before labour, not after. And I’ve spent the years since teaching hundreds of pregnant women to do the same.

This course is the class I wish someone had handed me before my first baby arrived, not the recovery plan I had to piece together after.

what’s inside

The Prenatal Pelvic Floor Method Curriculum

Six guided lessons, designed to build on each other, so your understanding and your practice grow together.

1 – Understanding Your Pelvic Floor During Pregnancy

The foundation for everything else. What your pelvic floor actually is, why it matters during pregnancy, and how it changes as your baby grows.

2 – Connecting Breath with Pelvic Floor

The relationship between your breath and your pelvic floor, taught through proper seated posture and breath awareness, so you can actually feel what’s happening internally instead of guessing.

3 –Pelvic Floor Opening & Mobility

Gentle seated practices that create space and mobility around your pelvic floor, stretching the inner thighs, hip flexors, and glutes that support it. Modifications provided for every stage of pregnancy.

4 – Three Essential Pelvic Floor Techniques

The exercises themselves. Three distinct techniques to strengthen, release, and control your pelvic floor, with clear guidance on positioning, breath, and intensity.

5 – Strengthening the Pelvic Support System

A more active, flowing practice that keeps pelvic floor awareness switched on while building strength through your legs, glutes, back, and core.

6 – Deep Relaxation for Pelvic Release

A guided relaxation designed specifically to release tension in the pelvic area, with resting positions for each stage of pregnancy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any yoga experience to do this course? None. Every position comes with modifications, and the theory is explained in plain language. If you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat, you’ll still follow along easily.

What week of pregnancy can I start this course? Any stage. The earlier you understand and practice pelvic floor engagement and release, the more confident you’ll feel as labour approaches, but the techniques are safe and useful whenever you begin.

How is this different from just doing kegels? Kegels on their own only address strengthening, and let’s be honest, squeezing a muscle in isolation for 5 minutes a day is boring enough that most women stop within a week. This course is built around full yoga sequences that strengthen and stretch your pelvic floor together, so you’re working with movement you’ll actually want to keep doing, not a chore you’re trying to remember.

How quickly will I get access? Immediately. The moment you purchase, all 6 lessons and the bonus workshop are yours to start straight away.

What do I need to do the course? A yoga mat or soft rug, comfortable clothes to move in, and a cushion or two if you like extra support.

What if it’s not right for me? You’ve got 7 days from purchase to try it. If it’s not for you, email me and I’ll refund you.

Your Pelvic Floor Doesn’t Have to Be a Guessing Game

You don’t need to wait until after birth to figure this out the hard way. You don’t need another vague reminder to “do your kegels.” You just need someone to show you, properly, in your body, starting today.
