12 Months, Infinite Emotions: The Emotional Ride of Pregnancy and Postpartum

After a 6 month hiatus, I’m thrilled to bring the Yoga, Bellies & Babies Podcast back!

It’s been a busy few months, from being pregnant with twins, bringing them into this world, becoming a mother of 4 and adjusting into our new life.

I’m diving back into the podcast by reflecting on the whirlwind of emotions and challenges I’ve experienced over the past 12 months. From the moment I discovered I was pregnant to the present day. To say it’s been an eventful and transformative year is an understatement!

This is pretty personal episode. I want to share this with you because throughout my journey, so many of you have reached out at different points, expressing how you relate, and thanking me for sharing – it helped you feel less alone. You realised you are not the only one who thought-felt that way. And that’s exactly what KrishYoga is about – to help other pregnant and postnatal mothers on this rollercoaster! This is also why I’ve decided to host the free Online Mother’s Circle on a weekly basis.
