Hi there, I’m Krish!

I’m Krishna, an Indian & Spanish mum-of-two, a PhD scientist and a Yoga teacher.

Throughout both pregnancies, I learnt that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to Prenatal care.

In my case, knowing how to adapt my Yoga practice during my pregnancies, was key.
