Hi there, I’m Krish!
I’m Krishna, an Indian & Spanish mum-of-two, a PhD scientist and a Yoga teacher.
Throughout both pregnancies, I learnt that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to Prenatal care.
In my case, knowing how to adapt my Yoga practice during my pregnancies, was key. The physical practice made me stronger, the breathing practice empowered me to believe in my abilities, the meditation tapped into my intuition and the relaxation techniques, well, that was the cherry on the top during the birth and everything that followed.
The wonderful combination of a safe yoga practice, a flexible and strong pelvic floor and learning how to relax during pregnancy and birth guided me throughout my pregnancies, births and delicate postpartum period.
