She also corrects our postures which increases our awareness of what we tend to do through habit and what we should be doing. I have found attending her classes has allowed me to progress my practice. Krishna's class had the right balance for everyone. She catered for all levels and pushed everyone to the best of their abilities. She was also very responsive to requests from her students and prepared classes in accordance with their interests. She is very knowledgeable and always suggested specific exercises in order to improve certain areas of the body. |
I liked the way Krishna focused on the correct technique, she never rushed through her classes from pose to pose but always spent time helping people into the correct position. Krish is never to busy to take the time to explain how the postures work. She is always encouraging even when you feel you are struggling. Treats each student as an individual not as one of many in a class. Patience, understanding and a love of her Yoga always shines through. Krish's class is personally delivered and full of learning for everyone. Two classes are never the same and there's always something new to enlighten you a little further each week. I never feel more chilled out than at the end of a class, despite doing plenty of sweating throughout! I couldn't recommend the class more for beginners to yoga and more experienced students alike, it totally opened my eyes to the benefits of yoga, and brought me so much awareness of my body and how to look after it. - Chris W., UK |
