- When? Tuesdays 12:00-13:15
- Where? Online or in Centro Semillas Calle Sueca 58, Valencia
- Language? The class can be taught in English and/or Spanish, depending on the participants.
- Who can attend? This class is suitable for pregnant people in their 2nd and 3rd trimester.
