In this episode, I’ll be answering the most common questions about postnatal yoga.
I’d like to first clarify this is not a comprehensive postnatal yoga guide.
I will give you an overview of the type of poses and asanas you can practice week by week, but for more details and a personalised Yoga practice, I recommend finding a yoga teacher who can adapt to your needs.
