You were never meant to do this alone.
Let’s support each other from the beginning.
We’ll start by connecting and checking in with each other. Each month I’ll guide you through either a short meditation, breath practice or a yoga practice to help us feel grounded and centred.
Ask any questions, share your thoughts, vent about whatever is bothering you or simply listen while enjoying a cup of tea with others going through similar experiences as you!
This time and space is 100% judgement free.
These sessions are not recorded, to ensure privacy and to allow everyone to share their feelings and thoughts freely.
I was nervous about joining a new class but Krish was so welcoming and inclusive she put me at ease immediately, after the first class I already felt like part of the group. I love the intimate feel to the class, we’re all sharing a really special life experience with each other. After each session I feel such a sense of calm and relaxation and so much less achy.
Thanks to the way Krishna teaches, I can be relaxed and I can always be calm. I can find peace with my body and in whatever pose I am in during my pregnancy.
Maria Hannes, Prenatal Yoga Student
Hi there, I’m Krish! Your Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher
I’m a mama of two toddlers, who practiced prenatal yoga throughout both my pregnancies and postnatal yoga after giving birth. Each pregnancy and birth experience was completely different, yet both times, my teachers, yoga practice and the tribe of mothers helped me embrace all the ups and downs of this journey.
I learnt (and am still learning!) that this journey was never supposed to be made alone. Sharing our experiences along the way with other mothers is in invaluable part to our mental health and growth as mothers.

I’D LOVE TO CHAT WITH YOU PERSONALLY!
Send me a DM over on Instagram and ask me any questions you may have. I want you to feel comfortable and excited about joining these Mother Circle’s! DM me here: @Krish_yoga on Instagram.
