If you can’t make it to Valencia where I teach in person classes, we can always meet online. Join me every week for a Prenatal or Postnatal Class, where you have the option of signing up as a drop-in, a 10 class pass, or a monthly membership.

I also offer online live monthly workshops, where we dive deeper into a topic.

It can often be challenging to be present during an entire yoga class, you may not be feeling 100% that day, or you may have a new-born baby to see to during the class, therefore all the online classes and workshop are recorded, for you to watch and practice at your own convenience.
