What my students are saying…
I walk down the street after Krishna’s pregnancy yoga class every week smiling and feeling grounded, content and empowered! My body feels light and comfortable. It’s a calming, friendly and supportive space thanks to her positive and non-judgemental vibes. I love that she has two young children of her own and shares her own experiences. She has a deep understanding of the pregnant body and I feel safe following her instructions. She really knows what she is doing! She has a way of making me feel less scared about the birth and more like my body is feminine and capable! We do yoga tailored for the pregnant body, including pelvic floor exercises, and variations on regular yoga, including inversions. My weekly class is ‘me’ time that is both physically and mentally beneficial and makes me feel great! Looking forward to bringing my baby to post-natal classes in a few months!
Krish has been the light! She works with the tiny details, with a deep consciousness of knowing what is going on. She knows the body perfectly, how it works, what the postnatal period is. She knows what our body requires and how it needs to recover. I have total confidence and trust in her. For me it’s been the greatest discovery and she is wonderful. I recommend her a lot, a lot. And to meet Krish, is to enter in a new world that’s very very beautiful.
I’ve practised yoga a lot over the years (with many different teachers and styles) and I love Krish’s natural, calm and inclusive teaching style. It is clear that she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her to each class, not only about the foundations of yoga but also about how the body is affected during pregnancy. I have been surprised (and sometimes a little disheartened) by how limited my range of movement has felt during pregnancy. But Krish beautifully and consistently reminds us of how we are all different and we can work with our body, breath and mind to find what feels good in each moment – in the way that a good friend would.
