You can join the membership during ANY stage of your pregnancy and postpartum. There are modules with specific content for each of the 4 trimesters (pregnancy and 3 months after birth) AND live yoga classes each week adapted to whatever stage of pregnancy or postpartum you are in.

The postnatal yoga workshops are ideally suitable for up to 12-18 months postpartum.

Whether you are in your 1st trimester, or already had your baby, there are both recorded and live practices available for you.
