A yoga mat (or soft surface), 2-3 pillows or cushions and comfortable clothing. A quiet space and pen and paper are nice to haves. That's it. No special equipment needed.

FAQs - Krish Yoga

Q: How is this different from following YouTube videos?

YouTube is generic. This is personal. You'll be seen by teachers who adjust your form in real-time, answer your specific questions, and guide you based on YOUR stage and YOUR body. Plus, the community accountability means you actually show up instead of saving videos for "later."

Q: What happens after the 5 days?

You'll have yoga and coaching tools to take with you and a clear understanding of what ongoing support looks like. On Day 5, I'll share how you can continue this journey through the Krish Yoga Studio Membership, but there's zero pressure. These 5 days are complete on their own.

Q: I live in a different timezone. Can I still join?

If that doesn't work, you can watch the recordings within 7 days—but we really encourage you to join live if possible. The real transformation happens when you show up. [/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]

Q: What if I'm already a Krish Yoga member?

Perfect! Just register so we know you're joining us. You'll get all the live sessions plus the community experience.

Q: I've never done yoga before. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. This isn't about being flexible or "good at yoga." It's about connecting to your body and learning tools that work for YOU. We'll guide you every step of the way.

Q: I'm [X weeks pregnant / X months postpartum / X years past birth]. Is this right for me?

Yes! This challenge is designed for ALL stages: pregnant, postnatal (0-2 years), and beyond. Every practice includes modifications for your specific stage. You'll learn from women ahead of you and support women behind you.

Q: What if I can't make it live every day?

BUT we've found that women who show up live get SO much more out of it. You'll be seen, guided personally, and held accountable. That's where the transformation happens.
