    through nutrition

  • Things to avoid in pregnancy (from foods to mindset!)

  • Practical tips on how to manage healthy eating on a tight schedule, balance your blood sugar and how to maintain a healthy diet after baby is born

There will be time for Q&A. If you have any questions, you are welcome to email them to me at hello@krishyoga.com in advance, so I can prepare and make sure to answer them during the workshop.

On the day, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email to join the workshop live. After the Workshop, you’ll also receive the recording for you to keep.

Of course, the recording will be made available for you if you can’t join live!

Hi, I’m Krish!

I now a mother of two. I practiced prenatal yoga throughout both pregnancies and postnatal yoga after giving birth. Each pregnancy and birth experience was completely different, yet both times, my teachers, yoga practice and the tribe of mothers helped me embrace all the ups and downs of this journey.

I have over 500 hours of training, and combine Alignment Based Yoga, The Birthlight Method and Yoga Therapy to teach prenatal and postnatal Yoga.

Hi there, I’m Laura!

I am half Spanish half Italian and have lived in London for 12 years, which is now home.

Before having my 2 children I used to work in marketing. I very early on after their birth realised that this career didn’t suit our family life anymore. It involved working too many long hours and not being able to be with my children.

After my second baby’s health difficulties, and the way I supported him through my own research, I discovered the impact food and nutrition can have in health. It was then when I decided to train as a nutritional therapist and start my new career.

I now support people’s health and wellbeing through nutrition and coaching, helping them to identify the cause of their issues and taking control over their own health to make changes that will last for life.
